Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your original artwork, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original or comparable protective packaging.
Since we only sell original physical artwork, the only items exempt from return are:
- Original artwork that has been damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or improper display/storage.
- Commissioned pieces (if applicable, please define clearly in your Terms of Service).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
Partial Refunds
There are certain limited situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any artwork that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing components (e.g., a signature, certificate of authenticity) for reasons not due to our error.
- Any artwork that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Artwork purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (for Damage Only)
We only replace original artwork if it arrives damaged or defective (e.g., damage occurred during shipping).
Since each piece is a unique original, we cannot exchange it for the same item. Instead, we will:
- Process a full refund upon the return of the damaged artwork.
- If you wish to purchase a similar replacement piece, we will work with you directly to select an available piece of comparable value.

Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, you must first contact me at [email protected] for authorisation and the correct return shipping address. Do not send the item back without first contacting me.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the unique and valuable nature of original artwork, if you are returning an item, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the piece. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
